DUI ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY Brian Royce Ritter, 26, and Elizabeth Renee Cobb, 24, were arrested Monday after police were called to a single-vehicle accident. Officers became suspicious when Cobb, dressed in sleepwear, told them she had just come from work. Officers determined that Cobb went to help her boyfriend Ritter, after he'd crashed a vehicle near Pegasus Ranch Road and South Ridge Avenue.
